Welcome to Waxing Moon Collective
(It’s Mostly Just Me, but Let’s Pretend It’s a Team)
Welcome to Waxing Moon Collective, where “collective” is more of a poetic concept than an actual group of people. It’s just me here—Laura Ingalsbe: painter, sculptor, gallery owner, candle-stirrer, occasional teacher, and full-time art goblin.
I follow the moon, hoard notebooks and art supplies like a dragon, and build whole worlds out of watercolor and intuition. This space is equal parts magic, mischief, and mildly controlled art skills—and you’re officially invited in.
I’m the one-woman show behind Waxing Moon Collective, where I create original artwork, intention candles, spell kits, greeting cards, watercolor misadventures, and other things I probably shouldn’t be allowed to make unsupervised. My work is inspired by nature, lunar cycles, the occasional cryptid, and that weird dream I had once about a raccoon having dinner with a fairy.
This shiny new website is the companion to my Etsy shop, where you may have already fallen in love with something artsy, witchy, or wildly impractical (my favorite kind of thing). You can still find all your favorites at my etsy shop.
Here on the blog, you’ll find even more behind-the-scenes chaos: updates, new product drops, event announcements, and maybe the occasional blog post about art, intuition, and why I keep buying more paint when I already have plenty.
So whether you’re here for the magic, the mischief, or just to see what I’m up to—welcome. I’m so glad you found your way here. Make a cup of tea, poke around, and if you see any typos, blame the collective. 😉
Stay weird,
🌙 Laura Ingalsbe
